The challenge

Early-stage teams rarely fail because of ambition. They fail because the problem was never validated, the business model was never tested, and no one ever had to sell anything.

Our role

Tuku-Tuku designed and delivered the incubator: curriculum, facilitation, mentoring structure and the Demo Day that closed it.

What we did

  • Customer research and problem validation with each team
  • Prototyping and business model development
  • Structured mentoring from practitioners, not lecturers
  • Investor-ready pitch preparation and rehearsal
  • A public Demo Day to test the work against an external audience
